Summary: I was frightened by a male cleaning staff in the hotel while using the public female toilet on the reception floor. He sneaked in the female toilet knowing I went in. The light in the hallway was shut down too. No matter I stumped nor screamed, the light wasn’t turned on while I try to walk out of the area. I had to call the police after being frightened by him.

Summary: I arrived late, after 22:00. The door from the parking garage to the hotel was closed, so I had to exit the garage, dragging my suitcases, walk in the street to the hotel entrance. The entrance was closed because of the late hour, so I had to walk a few more meters to the entrance of Moxy Hotel. Check-in was possible at Moxy. After check-in, I had to move to the actual Residence Inn building through a connecting passage. I was dragging two heavy suitcases, which made the walk from the parking garage to my room look like an obstacle course.

Summary: Overall was a great place except we had an issue with a leak in our room. We told reception twice in our stay to take a look at it, however, it was not fixed. This hotel is central to shopping, transportation.
